Dinner tonizzle. 

  • 3 eggs (2 yolks), 
  • asparagus, 
  • brussel to the sprouts, 
  • zucchini, 
  • 3 melba toast and 
  • some tomatoe. 

This was a huge meal, which I didn’t finish (rare, I must admit). Next time I’ll decrease the sprouts, and eliminate an eggy.  

I should also note, it took my entire being not to add my lover, fromage, to the mix, but I didn’t, and am better skinnier for it.
