Zoom Yesterday I played squash with my mom. There are no words for how sore my body is this morning. Holy hell. You guys. It hurts. But. Purely to gain a guilt free day the rest of this Tuesday I am heading out the door for a 6k run. It’s snowing right now too. Sore ass. And snow? Pretty sure I deserve a medal for this. Will report back. Obviously. Because that’s what I do :)
