This is my late lunch (2 eggs = 180 calories // 2 slices of bread = 150 calories).
Including the above, so far today I’ve eaten 540 calories. That means I have 874 calories left to reach my allocated (to lose 1.5 pounds/week) 1,414 calories.
That’s right, my good Internet dwelling friends, it’s back to the basics for this tubby gal: calorie counting (I’ll do a full post on this soon).
Ps. I just reread this post I wrote, So, You Wanna Lose Weight? and am so impressed I once was in that mindset to write that. Mind over matter!
