Nope! I use Daily Mile. Which is AWESOME. That stupid green bar growing honestly motivates me to run! It’s very simple to use, and motivating.
Also, for food tracking, I was recently introduced to
- MyFitnessPal which is a little confusing, but there is tons of “real life” info and help forums there, and it looks like some people swear by it.
- TheDailyPlate looks good too - I have yet to try it, but it got the best reviews when I googled, “free online calorie counters.”
- If you have an iphone Lose It is INCREDIBLE (if you use it). I downloaded the app (it’s free!), and was blown away, but then didn’t use it (fail!).
In other news, I bought my 1st ever “work dress” tonight! YAY! Big step! So excited to show you guys, and then obvs some new heels to go with it. I just got home, 2 hours until D-Day, making my breakfast for tomorrow morning now. I have moments of, “this is going to be sooooo awesome,” and then moments of, “there is noooo way I’ll be able to do this.”
